When the woman presents some uterine factor or pathology, the first approach will be to try to solve it by means of pharmacological treatment. If the cause of the lesion in the uterus is the existence of endometritis, the specialist will prescribe antibiotics.
Other drugs used to improve endometrial thickness can be estrogens, progesterone and FSH. If none of these treatments are effective, the next step would be to resort to surgery.
