Celiac disease or gluten intolerance is a pathology that affects the intestine. This disease is known to cause diarrhea and abdominal pain after ingestion of gluten-containing foods.
However, celiac disease can also cause skin rashes, weight loss and nausea. In addition, celiac children often have pale, foul-smelling stools, damaged tooth enamel and are shorter than they should be for their age.
