Although there is no star food to improve semen quality, there are certain foods that could improve male fertility due to their content of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids or vitamins. Among these beneficial foods for seminal quality, we can mention:
- Walnuts, pumpkin seeds and cashews.
- Foods rich in vitamin C such as red bell pepper, kiwi and oranges.
- Avocado.
- Tomato.
- Blue fish.
Therefore, it is important to include these foods in a varied and balanced Mediterranean diet.
