Foods to increase semen quality

Although there is no star food to improve semen quality, there are certain foods that could improve male fertility due to their content of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids or vitamins. Among these beneficial foods for seminal quality, we can mention:

  • Walnuts, pumpkin seeds and cashews.
  • Foods rich in vitamin C such as red bell pepper, kiwi and oranges.
  • Avocado.
  • Tomato.
  • Blue fish.

Therefore, it is important to include these foods in a varied and balanced Mediterranean diet.
