Can I use my eggs for IVF and be an egg donor at the same time?

Our first son Reggie passed away aged 14months from a strain of meningitis that is not covered by the vaccines. We have tried to conceive for a second child but so far unsuccessful. I am now 38 and will be 39 in January. We know that IVF is available to us via the nhs but I wondered if we could go down the route of using my eggs on myself and to donate eggs. Or would this only be possible if after a medical review was conducted and concluded that there is actually a medical reason as to why I am not getting pregnant again.
