Looking to be an egg donor

  1. Breeder

I just signed up and was wondering how I can link up with individuals looking for donors.

  2. Hello Lisa,

If you’re looking for a clinic or clinics to donate eggs, my advice is that you have a look at our clinic directory to find potential clinics: See Clinic Directory.

    I hope it helps,

    Best regards

    • I’m trying to use the link but I am being asked about what type of donor I want. I will be the donor so I am confused. I need access to others looking for a donor.

    • Hi again Lisa,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. The link takes you to a catalog of fertility clinics. The idea is that you choose a clinic, contact them by yourself and start the process for becoming an egg donor with the clinic you select. Only clinics can get you in touch with patients looking for a donor legally.

      I hope this helps,

    • Hello,

I’m afraid I don’t know or can recommend any particular hospital in Asia to undergo IVF. Let’s see if our community can help you out.

  4. You should expect the following. A repro center always does the following screening of its donors. On the third day of cycle, fertility specialist orders blood tests to measure blood levels of: Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). Estradiol (E2). Anti-müllerian hormone (AMH). Fertility specialist will also perform a vaginal ultrasound assessment to count pre-antral/antral ovarian follicles. If fewer than 10 follicles are seen, a woman may not qualify as a donor. they will have either a blood or urine test to check for evidence of illicit drug use. Within 30 days of scheduled donation, additional blood tests will be ordered to test: Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). Prolactin. Complete blood count. Blood type. Rh factor. In accordance with requirements, blood work will also be ordered to check for sexually transmitted diseases. Additional egg donor testing will be performed to rule out genetic disorders. These blood tests are particularly valuable for women who are curious about whether they may carry an inheritable disease or disorder. Was just trying to be helpful. GL!
