No pregnancy after 10 months doing the baby dancing before ovulation

Hello, my fiancé and I have been trying for +10 months with no luck -we’re 29 years old… We have sex almost every day and sometimes twice a day, but nothing happens. I visited my gynecologist and got checked through standard fertility tests and she said everything was fine, just low iron. I tried with my former fiancé and the same happened… we tried for over 5 years with no luck! I’m devastated, do you know what could I do to face this situation?

if you’ve just done standard fertility tests, my advice is that you go for advanced studies such as genetic testing, coagulation tests, immunological tests, etc. It may be a case of unexplained infertility, so my advice is that you visit a fertility clinic.
