Assisted reproduction is constantly advancing to offer the best success rates and the highest safety for both mother and baby. In this prospective study, which included 3,445 single live births, an interesting fact was observed: pregnancies achieved after a frozen embryo transfer showed a slightly larger crown-rump length (the size of the baby from the head to the bottom of the spine) in the first trimester compared to fresh transfers.
