Diabetes in pregnancy occurs in 3 to 10% of pregnant women. Some women describe feeling very thirsty and frequent urination. In addition, gestational diabetes increases the likelihood of urinary tract infections.
On the other hand, pregnant women with gestational diabetes feel more fatigue and tiredness and may have blurred vision. However, these symptoms are not common, so diabetes is only diagnosed through diagnostic tests.
