In vitro fertilization (IVF) with donor eggs is a fertility treatment with high success rates, given the good quality of the eggs. This reproductive option is usually recommended in those women whose own eggs are genetically altered. In addition, egg donation is also indicated when there is:

- No ovaries.
- Situations of cancer treatments.
However, it is best to evaluate each particular case before determining the best assisted reproduction treatment.
