Hypospermia can be a cause of male infertility when the volume of ejaculate correlates with low sperm count as well. The good news is that this is not always like that in all cases. In principle, men with hypospermia can conceive naturally without problems. In the most severe cases, turning to Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) or more complex methods of sperm retrieval can give these men the opportunity to become parents.
