As with all medications or hormonal contraceptives, Implanon can cause adverse reactions after insertion. Among the most frequent side effects of Implanon are the appearance of acne, headaches, weight gain, breast discomfort and irregular bleeding.
Other adverse effects associated with the use of Implanon are dizziness, nervousness, hair loss, decreased libido, etc.
