Side effects of IUD

Inserting the IUD into a woman's uterus is a safe and effective method of contraception. However, like any other contraceptive method, it can cause side effects. Pelvic pain, anemia, breast tenderness, acne, or weight gain are some examples. In addition, the most common symptom derived from the IUD is the appearance of alterations in bleeding during the first few months.
