When a heterosexual couple comes to a fertility clinic for a fertility test, the first thing the man will undergo is a physical examination.
In this physical examination, the patient's weight and height will be noted. In addition, the specialist will examine the male reproductive system and sometimes perform a testicular ultrasound.
