Normozoospermia is the term used for those seminograms that present all seminal values within the normal range. However, it may happen that a man is unable to impregnate his partner despite having a diagnosis of normozoospermia.
This may be due to the presence of alterations in the DNA of the spermatozoa, which would cause fertilization problems and/or implantation failure. Therefore, even if the result is normozoospermia, if after 1 year of sexual intercourse a gestation has not been achieved, it is best to visit a fertility specialist.
