Oligoasthenozoospermia is a sperm disorder that hinders the possibility of achieving pregnancy.
A man's lifestyle can greatly affect his sperm quality and, therefore, have fertility problems when seeking pregnancy. For example, a poor diet, as well as alcohol and tobacco consumption, diminish semen quality. This would be one of the possible causes of oligoasthenozoospermia.
On the other hand, oncological treatments of chemotherapy and radiotherapy also have a negative effect on sperm quality. The same occurs with testicular alterations such as varicocele.
