Causes of oligoasthenozoospermia

A man's lifestyle can have a severely impact the quality of his sperm, and lead to trouble conceiving when he decides to have a baby.

For instance, an unhealthy diet, along with alcohol and tobacco consumption, reduce sperm quality to a large extent. This can cause oligoasthenozoospermia (OA).
