To find out if there exists some kind of fertility problem in the man, performing a semen analysis is required to determine various sperm parameters, including sperm count, motility, and morphology.
A step of every semen analysis is a microscopic examination to get the details of sperm cells under the microscope. If the result shows a sperm count that is above 15 million sperm per milliliter, the diagnosis will be oligospermia.
