Women who cannot get pregnant at 40 or later can choose any of the following fertility treatments to have a baby:
- IVF with frozen eggs
- Only possible if the woman cryopreserved her eggs at a younger age.
- IVF with PGD
- IVF including a genetic test of the embryos to select the healthy ones only.
- IVF with donor eggs
- The eggs of a young, healthy girl are used. This option increases the success rates substantially.
