Women who are certain they do not want to become mothers at the moment, but have not ruled out becoming a mother in the future, can preserve their fertility. By cryopreserving their eggs, they can be stored indefinitely until the woman decides to use them.
To do this, the patient will undergo ovarian stimulation and follicular puncture for egg retrieval. These eggs will be stored in liquid nitrogen tanks until they are ready for IVF.
