Men can improve their fertility by consuming certain foods that are high in antioxidants. Among the main antioxidants are the following:
- Beta-carotenes present in foods such as carrots, spinach, lettuce, etc.
- Lycopene in tomatoes, watermelons and papaya, for example.
- Vitamin A, C and E in foods such as dairy products, eggs, citrus fruits, fish, olive oil, among others.
- Flavonoids, especially in blackberries, raspberries, cherries, etc.
