Accurate diagnosis is essential to ensure effective treatment of prostatitis or prostate inflammation. Some of the diagnostic tests for prostatitis are:
- Urine culture or urine culture.
- Seminal culture or sperm culture.
- Digital rectal examination.
- Prostatic ultrasound.
- Blood test.
