Pregnancy with teratozoospermia

When a man is diagnosed with mild teratozoospermia, it is possible to achieve pregnancy naturally, as long as there are no altered seminal parameters other than morphology. Another option in these cases is to resort to artificial insemination (AI).

On the other hand, if the teratozoospermia is moderate, it will be necessary to resort to in vitro fertilization (IVF). In addition, the spermatozoa will be selected under the microscope. Thus, it will be possible to perform ICSI or even IMSI.
