Testicular biopsy is based on removing tissue from the testicle to be looked at under a microscope. This test is performed through incisions that are closed with absorbable stitches.
This inspection allows the seminiferous tubules and the presence or absence of sperm to be seen. In addition, other types of cells can be detected.
