Teratozoospermia is the medical term used to refer to abnormalities in the morphology of sperm cells, resulting in male infertility. Sperm deformities or malformation can be present in the head, neck, or tail. In fact, a sperm cell can have defects in more than one region, which is considered a severe situation.
