The maternal blood fetal DNA test is a type of non-invasive test that consists of doing a blood test on the pregnant woman from the 9th week to be able to study the DNA of the fetus.
The chromosomal alterations that can be diagnosed with this test are the trisomies and monosomies of chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X and Y.
