Fetal DNA analysis through a blood sample from the mother is a non-invasive prenatal test that provides information about the chromosomal endowment of the fetus. Thanks to this prenatal test it is possible to detect anomalies such as Down syndrome or Patau syndrome, among others.
It is a simple technique, since it only requires taking a blood sample from the pregnant woman.
