The traditional way to evaluate whether the endometrium is receptive or not is by assessing the endometrial thickness. For this, an ultrasound is performed.
If the endometrium is approximately 7-10 mm thick and, in addition, has a trilaminar appearance, then it is receptive. This would increase the probability of pregnancy.
On the other hand, if the endometrial thickness is greater than 13 mm, the gestation rate is reduced.
