Vasectomy reversal surgery or vasovasostomy (VV) is a surgical procedure that is used to reconnect the vasa deferentia after a vasectomy. This will allow the sperm to travel again through the vasa deferentia and to be expelled during ejaculation with the purpose of being able to conceive again.
