Genital tract infection and leukospermia

Leukospermia is defined as the abnormal presence of leukocytes in the ejaculate. It can be caused by infections in the male reproductive tract, which can be located in any of the following parts:

  • Seminal vesicles
  • Prostate
  • Epididymis
  • Testicles
