Artificial insemination (AI) is a low complexity assisted reproductive technique that requires the woman's fallopian tubes to be functional and permeable. Otherwise, fertilization could not occur.
In addition, in order to perform AI in case of female infertility, it is important that it is a mild cause and that the patient is less than 35-37 years old.
