Azoospermia or zero sperm count in the ejaculate has no cure as such, but there are some strategies for sperm retrieval. However, the best treatment option will depend on the type of azoospermia.
In the case of obstructive azoospermia, that is, when there are alterations in the ducts to transport the spermatozoa, the solution would be to perform a testicular biopsy to recover some spermatozoa. On the other hand, if it is a secretory azoospermia, the best thing to do would be a hormonal treatment to regulate the hormonal levels in the man.
In any case, the best thing to do is to follow all the guidelines established by the specialists.
