Reciprocal IVF is a reproductive choice for lesbian couples that allows both to be an active part of the pregnancy. One of them will provide the eggs (ovarian stimulation and follicular puncture will be performed); while the other will carry the pregnancy to term (embryo transfer will be performed).
As there is no male partner, donor sperm will be used.
