The most frequent cause of miscarriages as well as micro-abortions (biochemical pregnancies) are genetic causes. Therefore, there is no way to prevent a micro-miscarriage. However, following these tips can reduce the risk of a biochemical miscarriage:
- Exercise.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Manage stress.
- Eat foods rich in iron (Fe).
- Take folic acid (B9) supplements.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking.
