Before Decapeptyl is administered, it is necessary to reconstruct the drug, as the powder and solvent vials are supplied separately in the box.

To do this, the intramuscular needle must be placed in the syringe, the cap of the solvent vial must be carefully broken, the syringe must be inserted into the vial and the solvent must be aspirated. Then remove the lid of the powder vial and insert the needle through the rubber stopper. All the solvent is put into the vial to dilute the powder to a mixture. You can also move the vial a little by hand to mix better.
