When a combination of sperm disorders is detected with a semen analysis, the degree of infertility is considered more severe, and subsequently achieving pregnancy might be more unlikely.
Oligoteratozoospermia means that the male has both a reduced sperm count and low sperm motility (sperms cannot move forward). As a result, the number of normal sperm in the ejaculate (normozoospermia) is too low.
