Patients with endometriosis often have a high amount of IgA and IgG antibodies, as well as lymphocytes in their blood. This may be a cause of infertility, as a high level of antibodies and lymphocytes could lead to a decrease in endometrial receptivity.
Additionally, this has been shown to affect the likelihood of embryo implantation.
