Patients with endometriosis usually have a high amount of IgA and IgG antibodies as well as lymphocytes in their blood. This may be the cause of infertility, as a high amount of antibodies and lymphocytes could lead to a decrease in endometrial receptivity.
In addition, this has been shown to influence the probability of embryo implantation.
