Endometriosis does not always cause female infertility, although it is very likely. Especially in severe cases of endometriosis, the woman will have difficulty seeking pregnancy. This is why many assisted reproduction patients are women with endometriosis.
Effective fertility treatments to be able to have a child will depend on the severity of the endometriosis, from artificial insemination in the mildest cases, or even resorting to donor eggs for the most severe cases.
