There are certain male habits that may be affecting his sperm quality. Thus, there are some recommendations that the male can follow to try to increase the quality of his sperm:
- Take care of your diet, following a complete and balanced Mediterranean diet.
- Do moderate physical activity.
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Avoid habits such as smoking or the consumption of alcohol and drugs.
- Avoid actions that may raise the scrotal temperature.
However, there are cases of male infertility originated by certain causes that will not achieve an improvement in seminal quality with these recommendations.
