Kallmann's syndrome is a genetic pathology that can affect both males and females. In the case of males with Kallmann's syndrome in adulthood they usually have a lack of testosterone. This hormonal deficit leads to:
- A lower muscle mass and bone density.
- A decrease in testicular volume.
- A lower libido.
The presence of oligospermia or azoospermia, i.e. reduced or no sperm count in the ejaculate.
