A low response of the ovaries to the drugs used in the follicular stimulation phase of IVF treatments can be the result of advanced age in the woman, the presence of less ovarian mass due to endometriosis, autoimmune processes, or ovarian aging.
It is therefore essential to personalize the types of drugs, as well as the doses required, according to the characteristics of each woman. Ovarian stimulation protocols must be personalized to ensure greater success.
