Sexual maturation in the male sex begins at about 11-12 years of age and is when the endocrine system begins the release of androgens, i.e. male sex hormones.
Therefore, this is the moment when sperm production begins and secondary characteristics appear in the male.
From this point on, the man begins to grow and so does his musculature. In addition, hair begins to appear and the voice becomes deeper. The thorax and shoulders widen, among other changes.
