Menstruation is the detachment of the endometrium through the vagina in the form of bleeding. This process occurs every month as a consequence of neither fertilization nor embryo implantation in the uterus, i.e. menstrual bleeding will take place as long as there is no pregnancy.
The symptoms caused by this physiological process are uncomfortable for women, since they involve abdominal pain, lumbar pain, headache, etc. In addition, acne also appears on the face, irritability and sudden mood swings.
