Necrozoospermia is a semen alteration caused by a high number of dead spermatozoa. However, it should be noted that not all immotile spermatozoa are dead spermatozoa.
One of the factors affecting sperm vitality is the number of days of sexual abstinence. The longer the time of abstinence, the greater the number of dead sperm in the ejaculate. This is the same as saying that the more days of abstinence, the less live sperm in the ejaculate.
