Oligoasthenoteratospermia (OAT) is a sperm disorder that affects three different sperm parameters: low sperm count, non-progressive sperm motility, and abnormally shaped sperms. In short, OAT is a cause of male infertility. Men with OAT often have to turn to Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) to become parents.
