The application of Ovitrelle is very simple and can be self-administered by the woman herself. To do this, the injection site is chosen in the abdominal area, gently pinched and the entire needle inserted subcutaneously.
The woman must then hold down the dose setting button for a few seconds until the indicator reads '0'. The needle is gently withdrawn from the skin by keeping the dose setting button pressed.
