For this reason, for these women to get pregnant, it is necessary for them to visit their OB/GYN or endocrinologist to check her hormone levels and see if they are stabile. In the case of women with overweight, a change in lifestyle habits, along with a healthy diet, can help to recover normal menstrual cycles. Being prescribed folic acid and myo-inositol supplements is common amongst women with PCOS, too.
