A threatened miscarriage is a condition that indicates that there is an impending miscarriage, and it typically occurs before the 20th week of pregnancy. Pregnancy losses tend to be more common in the first trimester. Amongst the signs and symptoms that indicate a threatened miscarriage, we can find vaginal bleeding above all, along with abdominal cramps, lower back pain, and reduced symptoms of pregnancy.
