When a woman suspects that she's having signs of threatened miscarriage, she should start following a series of instructions to reduce the chances of miscarriage. For example, sexual abstinence is totally recommended, along with bed rest, avoiding raw foods, and not taking over-the-counter (OTC) drugs.
