One of the possible indications for sperm freezing is the difficulty of the male to deliver the semen sample on the day his fertility treatment requires it. This situation may occur due to a psychological blockage that prevents the patient from ejaculating. However, it can also happen that the male lives far away from the fertility clinic and is unable to come on the indicated day to provide his semen sample.
In this way, semen freezing allows a better organization of the treatment of these patients, since semen samples are guaranteed to be available on the required day.
