Synarel is a nasal spray that is used both in the ovarian stimulation phase of assisted reproduction treatments and as a treatment to relieve the discomfort of endometriosis. However, Synarel is not indicated in all patients. Some of the contraindicated situations are the following:
- Allergy to some of the components of Synarel.
- Vaginal bleeding of unknown cause.
- Lactation period.
- Suspected pregnancy.
- Use longer than 6 months.
