When is the use of Synarel not recommended?

Synarel is a nasal spray that is used both in the ovarian stimulation phase of assisted reproduction treatments and as a treatment to relieve the discomfort of endometriosis. However, Synarel is not indicated in all patients. Some of the contraindicated situations are the following:

  • Allergy to some of the components of Synarel.
  • Vaginal bleeding of unknown cause.
  • Lactation period.
  • Suspected pregnancy.
  • Use longer than 6 months.
